Location: South Hill, VA
Pay: $58,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time
Are you an experienced restaurant leader ready to run your own location? We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager in South Hill, VA to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and deliver a great guest experience every shift.
Responsibilities- Lead all daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
- Hire, train, schedule, and coach team members and shift leaders
- Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering to hit budget goals
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Track sales and P&L results and take action to improve them
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or Assistant Manager)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Experience with labor scheduling, inventory, and cost control
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- $58,000 annual salary
- Stable, full-time leadership role
