As a member of the Payments Team, you will assist the Sponsor branch as an Accountant for expense of Sponsor transactions. You can learn more about our program by accessing the landing page: VORPAL Jobs (caci.com)Responsibilities:Heavy high volume reconcile invoices and vouchersProcess and manage Sponsor transactions in accordance with established guidelines and policiesReconcile financial discrepancies and ensure accuracy of transaction recordsCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve payment processing issuesMaintain detailed records of all transactions and financial activitiesPrepare reports and documentation related to transaction processing and reconciliationStay updated on industry trends and best practices in transaction processing and reconciliationParticipate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in transaction processing and reconciliationQualifications:Required:Must have an active TS/SCI with required Polygraph clearanceUniversity Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in the Intel Industry.Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and proceduresStrong reconciliation skillsAbility to keep workflows moving and milestones metStrong documentation and transactional skillsStrong record keeping skillsAbility to analyze and troubleshoot financial discrepanciesProficient with excelExperience developing administrative guides to document system troubleshooting and standard operating proceduresKnowledge of cryptocurrencyAbilities:Detail oriented, organized, able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities with strong customer service skillsA self-starter and possess a willingness to dive into new technologies when appropriateFlexibility – Works well both independently and as a team player; must be eager to learnStrong written and verbal communications skillsDesired:Experience documenting Standard Operating ProceduresDemonstrated experience in payment processing such as managing credit cards, making payments and tracking transactions-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
