This entails hiring, training, and mentoring employees as well as listening to employees and customers, and then solving their problems. The Branch Manager will be responsible for deciding how to allocate financial and manpower resources to drive the best results. This position is expected to consistently meet or exceed branch goals, both through hands-on efforts as needed and though leading and building the Bozeman team. This position includes analyzing all relevant financial data and using it to make informed decisions, as well as preparing and submitting verbal or written reports to the main office. It is important that the person in this role takes great satisfaction in making sure the branch is an example of all that A-Core stands for. This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager.ResponsibilitiesCreate a work environment that maximizes employees' talents and encourages cooperation amongst teammatesCreate a clear and strategic plan for your branch that incorporates the business climate, availability of the workforce, industries in the area, and future growthReview and approve all billing invoices, job tickets and timecardsReview and approve AP invoicesProject and job bidding and estimatingForecast requirements, prepare an annual budget of expected purchases for the coming year, and initiate any corrective actions from prior yearCoordinate and hold weekly meetings with all branch supervisorsDetermine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitationsEnsure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issuesEstablish and maintain rapport with employees, customers, managers, and vendorsManage all aspects of hiring, development, coaching and employee retention within the branchEmpower and motivate employees to find new strategies for improving the efficiency of the operationEnsure a safe, injury/accident-free workplaceQualifications5+ Years Management ExperienceIn-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and management principlesConcrete Cutting Experience (Strongly preferred)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsMust pass Drug Screen (Required)Valid Driver's License (Required)Background Check (may be required on specific jobs)Must have a good driving record (MVR)Proficient in all Microsoft Office programsBe self-motivated and punctualAvailability to travel, as neededBenefitsA-Core offers a benefits package including paid time off when eligibleEligible for performance bonusInsurance benefits when eligible (after 60 days)401K when eligible (after 60 days)Company Vehicle ProvidedLaptop & Company Cell Phone Provided
