Salary: $75,000 - 107,000 per year Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on Java development experience, with 8+ years of software development experience.
Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices.
Experience with enterprise payment systems and a solid understanding of payment processing.
Understanding of payment transaction lifecycles, settlement, reconciliation, and payment orchestration.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating external payment services.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins.
Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, DevOps methodologies, and Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based payment applications and microservices.
Build and improve APIs for payment processing, settlement, and transaction orchestration.
Work with business, product, and architecture teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Ensure adherence to banking security standards and best practices.
Take part in code reviews, testing, production support, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Contribute to modernization projects for next-generation payment technologies, including Stablecoin and Digital Asset initiatives.
