Primary Care Physician Opportunity

A well-established healthcare practice in the beautiful Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts is seeking primary care physicians to join their growing network of outpatient clinics across the region. This is an employed position with a highly competitive base salary of $299,000, a $100,000 sign-on bonus, a 6% annual bonus opportunity, CME allowance, and meaningful RVU incentive potential as you grow. All new physicians start on a guaranteed base plan with no RVU requirements giving you real time to settle in without the pressure of hitting volume targets from day one. You'll be supported by APP and dedicated medical assistant support at every site, with seamless specialist backup from a full three-hospital health system behind you.
