As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Arce - State Farm Agent you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

I have been a State Farm agent since 1994.
I am a proud graduate of University of Detroit.
We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
We have 100 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Million Dollar Round Table, and Crystal Excellence Award
