Are you experienced in plastics manufacturing—or a fast learner ready to step up? We are hiring hard-working, motivated individuals to join our hands-on production team.
Work Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Schedule: 7 days on, 2 days off rotational roster.
- Physical Demands: Active physical labor required, including heavy lifting, standing for long shifts, and hands-on machinery operation.
Qualifications
- Preferred Experience: Background in blown film, injection molding, poly film extruders, bag machines, winders, or separators.
- Leadership Potential: Past management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility is a huge plus.
- Trainability: Above all, we want sharp, adaptable individuals who are ready to master our specific manufacturing process.
