- Prior school business office, payroll, accounting, or employee benefits experience preferred
- Experience with New Jersey public school payroll and benefits preferred
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency with payroll/financial software (CSI preferred), Microsoft applications, electronic records, and document-management systems
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize web-based personnel, payroll, benefits, and records-management systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to independently manage multiple recurring deadlines
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of payroll, personnel, benefits, and related employee information
- Effective on/about January 4, 2027
- Salary TBD, commensurate with experience
