Registered Nurse RN

Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by others. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), possess a current RN license, and obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire. Skills & Certifications: May require additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, or others based on the specific unit. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various movements is essential.
