- Must be comfortable providing a portion of services in home and/or community settings, as needed to meet MassHealth requirements
- Predictable weekday schedules

- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
- Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
- Collect accurate session data and progress notes
- Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills

- Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment

- High School Diploma / Associate's Degree: $22.00 - $27.00/hour
- Bachelor's Degree: $23.00 - $27.00/hour
- Prior experience working in ABA or related behavioral health settings
- Higher levels of education or relevant coursework
- Fluency in additional languages that support the families we serve
- Advanced certifications or specialized training (e.g., RBT certification)
- Minimum age of 18
- High School diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role , including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and transitioning between activities and locations throughout the session
- Responding appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include aggression, elopement, or self-injurious behaviors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Willingness to support coverage at nearby centers if needed
- No prior ABA experience required - we train you
- Childcare or education (nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, paraprofessional)
- Special education, psychology, sociology, or related studies
- Mental health or human services roles
- Camp counselor, volunteer, or youth program experience
- Offer stability without burnout
- Provide real training-not just shadowing
