Captain Assistant Band 5 Dallas, TX, US Salary Range: $7.25 To $7.25 Hourly Carbone is an Italian‑American restaurant created by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick. The restaurant pays homage to the essence of the great Italian‑American restaurants of mid‑20th century New York and blends classic dishes such as Seafood Salad, Linguini Vongole, Lobster Fra Diavolo, Chicken Scarpariello, and Veal Parmesan with contemporary culinary techniques.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure that service meets or exceeds expectations to create a memorable and pleasant dining experience. Inspect the dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, and overall cleanliness to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Check tables throughout the service to assess member satisfaction and assist in resolving guest issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual. Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service. Full‑time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays). Must be able to stand, walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds. Proficient in computer skills, including POS systems, Word, and Excel.
