Student Game Worker - Time Clock

CLASSIFICATION: SUPPORT STAFF

JOB TITLE: GAME WORKER

REPORTS TO: ATHLETIC DIRECTOR/ACTIVITIES COORDINATOR

LOCATION: ON CAMPUS GYM, FIELD, OR ARENA

JOB GOAL:

Assist athletics staff with gate fee collection and other responsibilities related to athletics events.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in CUSD as a high school student
• 16 years old
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated adequate verbal and written communication skills as related to job function
• Ability to obtain transportation to and from worksite without district involvement

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Positions in this classification often require physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing, walking, and sitting
• The job involves finger or manual dexterity, repetitive finger motion, speaking, hearing, seeing (with correction), and focusing ability
• Employees may be exposed to travel, odors, dust, poor ventilation, workspace restrictions, and loud noises
• The work may require lifting or exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force frequently
