Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LICSW, you will be engaged in a variety of impactful duties:

  • Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments, utilizing both structured interviews and standardized assessment tools to gauge patients' mental health status, strengths, and areas for improvement.

  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, including regular case discussions and coordinated treatment plans.

  • Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication side effects, enabling informed decision-making and active participation in care.

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using an array of evidence-based techniques to foster healing and improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
