What You’ll Do As an Area Manager, you’ll take a top-to-bottom leadership approach—owning the customer experience, team development, and operational excellence across your district. Lead & Inspire Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing, customer-focused teams Motivate teams to exceed sales and service goals Drive Performance Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and opportunities Manage expenses, optimize budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies Own Operations Oversee facility maintenance, vendor partnerships, and cleanliness standards Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements Inspect What You Expect Conduct site visits and audits across your region Deliver actionable insights and follow through on improvements Champion The Customer Experience Ensure every location delivers a welcoming, well-maintained environment Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with HR, Marketing, Revenue Management, Facilities, Procurement, and Call Center teams to drive results What You Bring Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, service, or multi-site operations A track record of building and leading high-performing teams Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, audits, and performance metrics A passion for sales, service, and operational excellence Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Ability to travel up to 80% of the time What To Expect Full-time, salaried (exempt) role 40+ hours/week with travel across your region A fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your leadership truly matters Why Go Store It?
