Overview Job Title: Aircraft Painter – TPS & Structures Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Integration Technician to support spacecraft production and assembly. This role involves applying Thermal Protection Systems (TPS), performing structural assembly, and working with precision tools to ensure high-quality and safe spaceflight hardware. Responsibilities Apply TPS materials, sealants, and adhesives on flight hardware Perform surface preparation, bonding, gap filling, and vacuum bagging Interpret engineering drawings, models, and specifications Support production setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain FOD/tool control and follow 5S and safety standards Complete detailed production logs and quality documentation Qualifications 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or MRO Experience with adhesives, sealants, composites, or thermal systems Strong blueprint reading and precision measurement skills Familiarity with FOD control, quality processes, and production environments Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr HireTalent - Staffing & Recruiting Firm
