Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a senior clinical sales representative to lead robotic surgery technology launches and training programs at key orthopedic accounts. The role involves developing implementation strategies, conducting surgeon and staff education, and providing clinical support during system deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop customized account launch plans for sustainable technology adoption
- Lead surgical teams through ROSA system and technology training curricula
- Partner with technology managers and field service on new account onboarding and installations
- Provide clinical support during early technology cases and facility staff in-service training
- Complete administrative documentation and maintain customer satisfaction through responsive communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or technical field preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic joint replacement sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven presentation and demonstration skills
- Track record of achieving sales results
- Ability to travel up to 75% nationally
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base salary plus $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
