PHI Provides: E&O insurance ($5,000) with general liability above state requirements InterNACHI Membership ($300) for continuing education requirements MTAR Association Membership required for sentricard ($500) RealTracs Sentrikey to access homes ($300) Uniform shirts and vehicle signage ($300) Quarterly training meetings ($800) Marketing Material and advertisements ($20,000 annual) Call center and scheduling with comprehensive follow up emails ($8,000 annual) Scheduling and reporting software ($2,000 annual) iPad for inspection reporting Great income potential Employment Requirements: Inspector maintains active Tennessee Home Inspector License including the required Bi-annual continuing education credits for license renewal #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Home Inspection, LLC
