Demonstrate sound clinical judgment. Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and their families. Educate patients, families, and caregivers. Complete additional case-specific responsibilities as assigned. Selected nurses can participate in our Nurse Influencer Program , partnering with our Marketing team to create authentic content that highlights life as a Star Pediatrics nurse. As a Nurse Influencer, you may: Share "day in the life" experiences from your workday while always protecting patient privacy. Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with our Marketing team on weekly content ideas and post approvals. Help answer questions from prospective nursing candidates through social media comments or direct messages. Participate in virtual hiring events or recruiting campaigns. What We're Looking For Comfortable speaking on camera Strong clinical performance and professionalism Basic video editing skills (preferred but not required) Commitment to HIPAA, patient privacy, and organizational guidelines Additional Influencer Compensation Quarterly content bonuses Per-approved video incentives Performance bonuses for high-engagement recruiting content Paid administrative hours for content planning, filming, and editing Interest in social media is welcomed but not required.
