Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Restaurant activities while on duty
- Collaborate with the Management Team to support the Restaurant's business plan
- Ensure all team members meet job responsibilities and expectations
Shift Leader Job Expectations:
- Perform Leadership, Management, and Organizational tasks
- Supervise teammates and monitor performances
- Ensure compliance with company and safety policies
- Delegate tasks effectively
