Summer Camp Site Director (Youth Soccer) – San Diego Wave Camps | San Diego, CA San Diego Wave Camps is seeking a Summer Camp Site Director in San Diego, CA to lead daily operations at our youth soccer camp locations across San Diego County. This is a high-level leadership role for an experienced youth program leader or soccer coach who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a Site Director , you will oversee staff, ensure camper safety, manage day-to-day logistics, and deliver an exceptional camp experience aligned with the values of San Diego Wave FC—confidence, community, and excellence . The Site Director serves as the on-site leader and decision-maker , ensuring camp runs safely, smoothly, and professionally each day. Optional Pre-Summer Opportunity (Starting April 2026) The selected candidate may have the opportunity to begin working as early as April 2026 in a part-time, paid role supporting group sales and community outreach for San Diego Wave Camps. In This Role, You May Promote camp programs to local schools, teams, and community organizations Build relationships with families and youth sports groups to support enrollment efforts Gain valuable experience in sports sales, marketing, and operations This is a great opportunity to increase earnings, build professional experience, and get a head start before the summer camp season begins.
