At Dondelinger Ford, we're looking to add a Service Assistant to our service department! Pay for this position is $15 per hour, apply today! We are interested in individuals who have a strong customer service background; no previous automotive experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist service department team throughout service process; verifying VINs, moving vehicles as needed, verifying service tickets/orders, etc.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in communication with insurance companies for service work
