Quick Facts: Location: 725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 Start Date: 08/01/2026 Duration: 6-month contract with locum-to-perm opportunity Shift: 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 8 hours daily, overtime after 10 hours Hours/Week: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement License/Certs: Current CRNA license Experience: Previous anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $290/hour (max, with medical malpractice coverage) Weekly Pay Schedule: via Direct Deposit Benefits: Competitive pay packages Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Flight, hotel, rental car reimbursements Reimbursement model in place for travel expenses What You ll Do: Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgical, obstetrical, neurosurgical, and endoscopy procedures Supervise or work independently as part of a collaborative OR team Manage approximately 3-5 surgical cases daily in main OR and 12-15 in endoscopy Utilize Meditech Expanse EMR for documentation Ensure patient safety and provide regional anesthesia (spinal, epidural, IV regional) Assist in trauma cases and support the OR staff during procedures Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards What You Need: Valid CRNA license for Massachusetts At least 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred Ability to work supervised in a fast-paced surgical environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexible, reliable, and professional About the Assignment: Join a highly collaborative environment at a leading medical facility in Pittsfield, MA, providing anesthesia services across a wide variety of surgical settings.
