Position Overview

• Partnering with radiologists and referring physicians to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintaining and operating sonographic equipment, reporting any technical issues immediately
• Systematically documenting procedures and keeping patient records updated within electronic medical records
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices

Education and Experience Requirements

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Necessary Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
