The Opportunity

You will serve as a high-energy technical expert, managing your own truck to deliver premium service and repair solutions to our loyal clients. This role offers you the earned autonomy to lead on-site decisions in a low-drama environment built on high follow-through. You will make a tangible difference by restoring essential systems for homes and businesses across the New Orleans area.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Diagnose complex plumbing failures to provide clients with accurate, long-term repair or replacement options.
• Execute high-quality installations and repairs of plumbing systems in strict accordance with local codes and safety standards.
• Consult with residential and commercial customers to explain technical issues and sell effective plumbing solutions.
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized company vehicle to ensure high first-call completion rates.
• Document all service calls and technical findings through the provided company smartphone or tablet.
• Coordinate with the Logistics and Operations team to ensure timely arrival and efficient project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven history of operating a residential or commercial plumbing service truck.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in servicing, repairing, and replacing diverse plumbing systems.
• Strong sales capability with the energy to engage customers and offer comprehensive service packages.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in the plumbing trade.
• Experience in a "flat-rate" or commission-based service environment.
• Formal technical training or journeyman-level plumbing knowledge.
