Join a team that values its people and is making a meaningful, lasting impact on the communities we call home.As a Delivery Driver, you will be a key part of the last-mile delivery process, ensuring packages are delivered safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, physically active role where you'll work independently while being supported by a collaborative team.Location: Plymouth, MA (Amazon Warehouse)Work Shifts: Shifts typically start at 10:50 AM and run 10 hours. Routes are assigned on a rotating schedule — you will NOT work all 7 days. Full-time and part-time positions available.Delivery Driver Responsibilities:Load and organize packages in the delivery vehicle before departureUse a smartphone and handheld devices for routing, scanning, and customer delivery updatesSafely operate a company-provided cargo van following all traffic laws and company safety standardsDeliver packages on time and in excellent condition across residential and commercial areasNavigate local routes, including city streets and highways, in various weather and lighting conditionsMeet daily delivery targets and performance metricsProvide professional and courteous customer service at each deliveryPerform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicleFollow all company policies, procedures, and Amazon delivery standardsReport any delivery issues, vehicle concerns, or safety incidents to management promptlyPerform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, and climbing in and out of the vehicle throughout the shiftDelivery Driver QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift, push, and pull packages weighing 20–50 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentStrong navigation skills and ability to use GPS-based routing systemsReliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindsetPositive attitude and strong work ethicMust be authorized to work in the United States.Delivery Driver Preferred Qualifications:Previous delivery or driving experience (e.g., Amazon, UPS, FedEx, or similar)Customer service experienceExperience operating cargo vans or similar vehiclesComfortable using mobile apps and delivery technologyClean driving record over the past 5 years (subject to review)Delivery Driver Benefits:Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunitiesOpportunities for career growth and advancementMedical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 daysPaid time offEmployee referral bonus programHealth and safety are always a top priority for Amazon and Alpha Logistics Group in partnership with one another, we continue to take all appropriate recommended precautions to keep everyone healthy.Alpha Logistics Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
