Pharmacist (Retail)

Job Description Work Schedule: PRN, Registry/PRN M-F 8am-5:30pm, Saturday 8am-3pm. Variable shifts/schedule. - Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy Required
- Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- 2 years of experience. Preferred
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
- Immunization Certification from an accredited program (E.g. APHa) Required
- Current CPR/BLS Required within 90 days
