You will also file liens, process lien releases and assist lenders and customers with title and registration requests. What You'll Own Own the details from title receipt through lien release. You will maintain accurate title records and coordinate the documents, systems and conversations required to complete each transaction properly. Titles & Liens Maintain accurate vehicle title records. Process title transfers and ensure required documents are completed and submitted correctly. File Kansas and out-of-state liens. Process lien releases accurately and on time. Records & Customer Support Verify the accuracy of information on titles and accompanying documents. Answer customer questions and resolve title and registration-related issues. Enter data into dealership systems and maintain accurate electronic records. Coordinate with lenders and dealership departments and complete assigned projects. Who Thrives Here An organized specialist who catches what others miss. At least one year of prior automotive title-work experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities and distractions without sacrificing accuracy.
