Job Summary:
This is a Nursing position specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) on the day shift, located in Rockford, Illinois. The role involves providing care for patients with infectious diseases and case management responsibilities in an ambulatory/clinic setting adjacent to a main healthcare facility. Candidates with at least three years of experience, including ambulatory or clinic experience, are preferred.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, three years of related experience, ambulatory or clinic experience, Illinois license required
• Additional Information: No local candidates within a 50-mile radius are considered for this role.
