Your Day at Lowe's You will greet customers, assist with product selection, load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. Responsibilities vary by department, which may include appliances, hardware, tools, nursery, and more. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers Locate and handle merchandise Replenish stock and process orders Cross-train in other departments Prepare merchandise based on customer needs Guide customers through shopping and checkout Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications 6 months of computer experience 6 months of experience with retail technology Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills Ability to stand, sit, and perform physical activities Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted Preferred Qualifications 6 months of retail or customer service experience Bilingual skills Trade certifications related to department Additional Information This role may require occasional travel and involves working in various environmental conditions, including outside weather.
