Compensation:

$130,000 - $170,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a diverse caseload with a focus on Behavioral Health, ensuring each case is handled with precision and care.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic legal approaches that align with their unique needs and circumstances.
• Represent clients in court, demonstrating strong litigation skills and a commanding presence to advocate effectively.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and legal staff to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on legal trends and enhance your expertise in the field of Behavioral Health law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience required.Experience in managing a diverse caseload with a focus on Behavioral Health law.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients to develop strategic legal approaches.

• Proven track record of representing clients in court with strong litigation skills.

• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Skill in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision and adherence to standards.

• Capacity to work closely with senior attorneys and legal staff in a collaborative environment.

• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on legal trends in Behavioral Health law.
