ResponsibilitiesDevelop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Handle customer renewals.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with commercial and industrial clients, understanding their unique water treatment needs.
Consultative Selling: Use a customer-focused approach to understand specific customer requirements and offer tailored water treatment solutions.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the current water treatment systems and propose enhancements or new installations.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new sales opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the benefits of Culligan's services and products to potential clients.
Continuous Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring the successful implementation and management of their selected water treatment solutions.
