HVAC Service Manager - Lead a High-Performance Team and Raise the StandardLocation: Eugene, OregonCompensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary + performance bonus tied to gross profit and team resultsJoin Our TeamAt Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, we are not looking for someone to simply "manage" a department.We are looking for a leader who builds one.This role is for an HVAC Service Manager who has already proven they can develop technicians, drive performance, and hold a high standard in a fast-paced residential service environment. You will be responsible for shaping the culture, performance, and results of our HVAC service team.This is a field-driven leadership role. You will be in the trucks, in the homes, and in the day-to-day coaching of technicians. The expectation is simple: raise the bar and help people perform at a higher level than they thought possible.If you are looking for structure without accountability, this is not the role. If you are looking to build something better and take ownership of results, this may be the right fit. What's In It For YouWe invest in leaders who deliver results.$90,000-$110,000 base salary depending on experiencePerformance bonus tied directly to gross profit and team outcomes 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees, option to add dependents 120 hours of front-loaded PTO + 7-9 paid holidays 401(k) with company match $20,000 employer-paid life insurance Leadership development and ongoing training Direct impact on shaping a growing service organization  What You Will OwnLeadership of a residential HVAC service team focused on performance, quality, and customer experience Technician development through consistent field coaching and accountability Service performance outcomes including revenue, margin, conversion, and customer satisfaction Hiring, onboarding, and retention of high-quality technicians aligned with company standards Daily execution of service operations in partnership with dispatch and support teams Culture development built on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement Use of data and reporting (ServiceTitan) to drive performance and decision-making  What You Will DoLead from the field through ride-alongs, coaching, and real-time feedback Develop technicians into confident, consistent performers Reinforce expectations around sales, service quality, and customer communication Identify and correct performance gaps quickly and directly Partner with recruiting to attract and select top-tier talent Hold regular team meetings focused on performance, standards, and growth Ensure technicians are following processes, safety standards, and service expectations Work cross-functionally with leadership to drive business goals and profitability  What We're Looking ForWe are only interested in leaders who have already operated in a high-performance service environment.5+ years HVAC service technician experience 3+ years in a leadership or management role within residential HVAC or home services Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing technicians Strong technical HVAC knowledge and field credibility Proven track record of improving team performance and driving results Ability to hold accountability without losing trust or respect Strong communication and decision-making under pressure Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platform strongly preferred EPA certification required (additional certifications a plus) Comfortable being in the field daily-not a desk-based manager  About ReynoldsFor nearly 65 years, Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air has built its reputation on quality work, strong service, and doing things the right way.We are a company built on accountability, respect, and high standards.
