Role Overview Inventory Specialist – Manage the flow of boxes, equipment, and office supplies in and out of our facility, performing basic shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining inventory, and preparing equipment for shipping. Full‑time, onsite 5 days a week at our Mesa, Arizona location. Key Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy and condition of items. Track and record inventory levels of office supplies and equipment. Handle shipping and receiving of packages. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and orders. Generate basic inventory reports as needed. Assist with organizing the office and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 1‑3 years of related experience in shipping and receiving, inventory role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs across the office. Must be able to work onsite at our Mesa, AZ location 5 days a week. Benefits Room to grow at a high‑growth company.
