Our main shop location is in Snohomish, part of the job requirement would be the ability to pick up and drop off a work vehicle as needed from this location.Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time, Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training. Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts. We are looking for someone willing to advance to the leadership opportunities available.Responsibilities and DutiesPressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesAll season indoor and outdoor workPosition requires an eye for detailBe a team player and have a positive attitudeBe courteous and focused on clients' needsAble to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basisQualifications and SkillsDue to policies from the medical clients we service, if asked, you must be able to show proof of vaccinationPrevious pressure-washing experience is a plusKnowledge of ladder, man lift, and boom work is also a plusMechanically inclinedSolution based mindsetTake pride in your workEducation and Experience:Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.BenefitsFull time work all year around with 5 paid holidaysPaid weeklyStarting wages from $28 - $42 per hour DOE, overtime available with management approval.Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance provided at the silver level, paid 50% for employeeVacation time off: subject to tenure with the companyPSSL accrual program401K retirement program with up to a 4% match, including opportunities for profit sharingApplicants: No longer essential, but if vaccinated please show proof of vaccination for records.
