Job Description What you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. She works with my schedule and supported me personally when times were tough.” Qualifications Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA): officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide.
