THE OPPORTUNITY As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll play an important role in growing our agency, strengthening customer relationships, and helping families protect what matters most. This is more than a customer service position. We're looking for someone who enjoys sales, takes initiative, and knows how to turn great conversations into opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Sales: Identify opportunities, recommend insurance solutions, and confidently ask for the business.
- Build Relationships: Develop lasting connections with new and existing customers that encourage loyalty and referrals.
- Conduct Policy Reviews: Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that meet customers' changing needs.
- Generate Opportunities: Proactively contact warm and cold leads, uncover needs, and convert conversations into sales.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Resolve concerns, follow through, and create positive customer experiences.
- Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate, embrace accountability, and help our agency achieve ambitious goals.
- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills. - Confidence initiating conversations, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, organized, and committed to professional growth.
State Farm agency experience strongly preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
