Bizzetta are looking for a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. As an Entry Level Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department with various campaigns, market research, content creation, and data analysis.

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and email marketing.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Support the creation of marketing content such as blog posts, newsletters, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
