LPN Licensed Practical Nurse $3,000 sign on bonus

Job Summary:

At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of caring professionals. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and completing treatments as ordered

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and care plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a smooth delivery of care

• Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement effective care strategies

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families in a caring and compassionate manner

Essential Requirements:

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of New Jersey

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
