The Role
The Clinical Specialist will partner with the Win Academy team to advance the agency's implementation of evidence-based and best practices across transitional and supportive housing programs. Reporting to the Director of Evidence Based Practices, this role will lead agency-wide training, provide onsite clinical consultation and coaching, and support staff in integrating evidence-based approaches into daily service delivery.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate agency-wide training in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and other evidence-based practices.
- Support development and continuous improvement of training curricula and learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with external partners to coordinate and facilitate training.
- Ensure training materials remain current and aligned with best practices.
- Provide monthly onsite coaching, clinical consultation, and technical assistance.
- Promote implementation of evidence-based practices across programs.
- Participate in agency-wide committees and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed of emerging research and proven methodologies.
- Identify external training and professional development opportunities.
- Assist with publication and dissemination of organizational learning.
Who You Will Be
- MSW required; LMSW preferred.
- Experience working with individuals and families impacted by homelessness, trauma, mental health challenges, substance use, poverty, or systemic inequities.
- Expertise in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Strengths-Based Case Management, and recovery-oriented practices.
- Experience facilitating trainings and presentations.
