In this role, you will be an integral part of a dedicated healthcare team, delivering high-quality therapy interventions and ensuring patient progress is meticulously documented. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering therapy interventions per the PT plan of care
• Documenting patient progress and response to treatment
• Assisting with patient education and home exercise programs
• Communicating patient status to the supervising PT
• Adhering to safety, infection control, and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• An active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
• The ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Need 1 year experience in setting
