Full-time Anesthesiologist - Night Float - Camden, NJ

Virtua Anesthesia – West, a dedicated group of anesthesiologists serving Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, is seeking an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team. This role provides independent, in-house overnight coverage with a focus on: Airway management throughout the hospital OB anesthesia call and support Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care The position is structured as a week-on / week-off schedule, offering a predictable rotation and extended time off. What We’re Looking For: Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist Minimum 2–3 years of post-training experience preferred (or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience) Strong skills in airway rescue , OB anesthesia , and emergency response Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment Commitment to quality, patient safety, and teamwork Why Join Virtua Anesthesia – West?
