Training Provided

Previous experience in financial services is not required. We provide a comprehensive training and development program designed to give you the tools and knowledge needed to succeed from the start.

Average Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and structured to reward both production and long-term career growth.

• Year 1: $85,000 – $132,000

• Year 3: $109,000 – $205,000

• Year 5: $132,000 – $287,000

• Year 10+: $239,000 – $500,000+

Compensation:

$80,000 - $132,000

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
• Implement and carry out strategies to acquire new clients in your sales territory

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma
• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
