Responsibilities

• Assist clients with travel-related inquiries and reservations
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients and vendors
• Support daily office operations and administrative functions

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Desire to grow within the company and travel industry
