You'll be: • Processing purchase requisitions and converting them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager. • Communicating with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product availability to ensure timely procurement. • Tracking and expediting outstanding purchase orders to guarantee timely delivery and maintaining accurate purchasing and inventory records in the system.This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) and possess 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support. • Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with experience in ERP or purchasing software preferred. • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
