Patient Care Assistant

865 Wellness + Ketamine is seeking a compassionate, attentive, and dependable Patient Care Assistant to support patients and our clinical team. This role helps create a calm, comfortable environment and keeps treatment rooms clean and ready for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide supportive, professional interactions.
• Assist patients with getting settled and comfortable in treatment rooms.
• Obtain and document vital signs as trained and directed by clinical staff.
• Promptly report patient concerns or changes to the nurse or treating clinician.
• Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and equipment between appointments.
• Change linens, restock supplies, and prepare rooms for the next patient.
• Assist the clinical team with patient flow and routine support tasks.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and protect patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
• Comfortable working with patients receiving mental health and wellness care.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized treatment environment.
• Previous patient care, CNA, or medical assistant experience preferred.
• Experience obtaining vital signs preferred.
