About the job Customer Experience Coordinator
Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company powered by a full-service travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways. We partner with top global travel brands to design seamless, memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide.
- Learn about each client's vacation interests, preferred destinations, dates, budget, and priorities
- Search and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other available experiences
- Share relevant options and information to help clients make informed decisions
- Coordinate selected reservations using approved supplier and booking resources
- Verify names, dates, confirmations, and other important reservation information
- Keep clients informed of updates, deadlines, and necessary next steps
- Respond professionally to questions and assist with routine changes or requests
- Maintain accurate client records and organized booking documentation
- Keep up with destination information, supplier updates, and current promotions
- Complete ongoing training to strengthen destination and service knowledge
- Fully remote environment
