Painter - Sonoma and Marin Counties

**Location:** Sonoma County, California **Work Type:** Full-time / Part-time (choose one) **Pay:** $_25-30 / hour (DOE) We are hiring a reliable, professional painter to join our team serving homeowners and property managers throughout Sonoma and Marin Counties. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and represents our company in a clean, respectful way.

**What We’re Looking For**

- **Clean & Respectful Professionalism**

- Treat homeowners and managers with courtesy and professionalism

- Keep the job site tidy and follow basic jobsite etiquette

- **Clean Driving Record**

- Must have a clean driving history (proof may be required)

- Reliable transportation

- **Basic Tools Required**

- You must own basic painting tools (brushes/rollers, putty knives, etc.)

- Willingness to use and care for company-provided materials as needed

- **Strong Communication Skills**

- Able to talk clearly with homeowners and property managers

- Comfortable receiving instructions and confirming expectations

- **Smartphone Required**

- Must have a smartphone for clocking in and out

- Must be able to access timekeeping from the job site

**Responsibilities**

- Prep surfaces for painting (light prep, cleaning, sanding as needed)

- Tape edges and protect surrounding areas

- Apply paint finishes neatly and evenly

- Maintain a clean, organized workspace during and after work

- Communicate progress and any concerns to homeowners/managers and the team lead

- Follow job instructions, schedules, and quality expectations

**Requirements**

- **Valid driver’s license with clean driving record**

- **Reliable transportation**

- **Own basic painting tools**

- **Smartphone** for clock-in/clock-out

- **Ability to communicate professionally** with homeowners and managers

- **Experience:**

- Ability to take measurements and provide basic updates
