ICU Registered Nurse (RN)A respected regional hospital is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join its critical care team. In this role, you will provide high-acuity bedside care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for critically ill patients.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients and monitor changes in condition.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, and families.Deliver direct ICU bedside care in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.Monitor diagnostics, labs, and vital signs, reporting abnormal findings promptly.Evaluate patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes.Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery expectations.Support quality improvement initiatives and assist with mentoring or training new staff when appropriate.RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in AZ or compact license.BLS and ACLS certifications required.ICU bedside nursing experience.BenefitsCompetitive hourly payComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageLife and disability insurance optionsPaid time off and extended sick leaveContinuing education reimbursement and career development supportWhy Western Arizona?Outdoor lifestyle: proximity to Colorado RiverLower cost of livingTight knit communityProximity to California and Nevada
