Officer / Executive – Validation Engineer Location: Head Office, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi Last Date to Apply: 22nd May 2026 Major Accountabilities Prepare, review, and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols, validation reports, risk assessments, and validation master plans. Perform qualification and validation activities for manufacturing and packaging equipment, HVAC systems, purified water systems, compressed air systems, cleanrooms and utility systems, and computer system validation (where required). Lead and execute temperature mapping activities. Coordinate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and external vendors during execution of validation activities. Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity, and regulatory requirements. Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and change control assessments. Maintain validation documentation and ensure systems remain in a validated state. Support internal and external audits and inspections. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical validation or engineering. Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, equipment qualification, HVAC and utility systems, and validation documentation practices. Good technical writing and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Understanding of data integrity principles, knowledge of risk assessment tools, strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Preferred Guidelines Knowledge: Familiarity with WHO, PIC/S, EU GMP, or FDA guidelines will be preferred.
