At Kaleo Hospitality's Freddy's locations, we've created a great place to eat and to work. You'll be part of a team delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items for our guests coupled with a unique mix of fun, great food and exceptional hospitality.

We're looking for Restaurant Team Members to welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats or other menu offerings ensuring each tasty item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile.

Freddy's is looking for Team Members - HotLine (grill cook and food prep) - to deliver a unique mix of fun, great food, and honest hospitality.

Team members and managers alike who are charismatic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude to grow with our Freddy's Family!

On the HotLine, you learn the art of handcrafting the Freddy's Steakburger. You are a member of the highly talented team that ensures each tasty menu offering is cooked to perfection. As you showcase your skills in the Freddy's cooked-to-order kitchen, you see to it that quality, accuracy, and timeliness are part of every guest's visit.

A Day on the HotLine

This is hands-on, fast-paced kitchen work, and every shift looks a little different depending on where the team needs you. You'll:

• Hand-press and grill Steakburgers to order, right on the flat-top griddle
• Fry and season our signature shoestring fries in small batches for freshness
• Build burgers and sandwiches to spec, checking each ticket for accuracy
• Keep the line stocked toppings, buns, proteins so service never slows down
• Call out and time orders so everything lands hot and on point with the rest of the kitchen
• Wash dishes, take out trash, and handle prep work whenever the kitchen needs an extra hand
• Clean and reset stations throughout the shift to keep things safe and sanitary
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team during rushes, jumping in wherever the kitchen needs help no task is "someone else's job"

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years or older

Must be okay with:

• Working around hot grills, fryers, and hot grease
• Exposure to steam, heat and cooking equipment
• Standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks during scheduled shifts
• Lifting and carrying up to 30-40 pounds
• Maintaining focus and efficiency during busy service periods
